One question I have had a lot is about showing a good Spider Guard drill. I was going to shoot a video showing some one the ones that I do. Then I remembered about a year ago my professor and training partner Vicente Jr was training with Leandro Lo and they recorded one of my favorite drills. After you watch please leave me a comment and share this with your friends.
